Step 1: Download and verify
Go to the download page, choose Windows and download the installer. Right-click to check the file size in "Properties", then check the digital signature is valid. Only legit-source, valid-signature packages are safe.
Step 2: Install
Right-click the installer and choose "Run as administrator", then follow the wizard. You can customize the install path — a non-system drive is recommended.
Step 3: First login and setup
Open SafeW and register or log in. The first login requests notification permission — allow it. Then adjust message preview and start-on-boot in "Settings".
Error 1: Install fails
Usually permissions. Run as administrator, or temporarily disable antivirus (whitelist the install folder) and retry.
