How do I download and install SafeW?

Go to the download page, pick your system (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS or Linux), install, then register with your phone or email.

Windows install fails — what should I do?

Run the installer as admin, whitelist the folder in your antivirus, and make sure you're on Windows 10/11 64-bit with the latest updates.

Can I log in on multiple devices at once?

Yes. One account can be online on phone and computer; chats and files sync automatically.

How do I recover chats after changing phones?

Log in on the new device to sync (if cloud backup is on). For local-only mode, back up on the old device and restore on the new one.

Will SafeW read my messages?

No. SafeW uses end-to-end encryption; keys stay on your device, so the server cannot decrypt your content.

Does SafeW support private deployment?

Yes. Enterprises can deploy the server and database on their own infrastructure.

How do I back up and migrate chats?

Use "Settings > Data & Storage" to back up or export encrypted, then import on the new device.

Is SafeW free?

The basic version is free. Enterprise features are on demand.
