1. Account & use

• Keep your registration information accurate and up to date.
• Keep your account and password safe; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Report unauthorized use immediately.

2. Prohibited conduct

• Illegal content or activities (fraud, gambling, drugs, weapons, violence, terrorism, etc.).
• Harassment, spam, phishing, stalking, hate speech, doxxing.
• Copyright infringement or trade-secret disclosure.
• Attacking or bypassing SafeW security; spreading malware.
• Bulk scraping or selling others' data.

3. Content & rights

• You retain rights to your content; you grant SafeW the limited license needed to transmit, store and display it.
• You are responsible for the legality of what you send and share.

4. Availability & changes

• SafeW may update or adjust features, and may experience interruptions.
• Terms may be revised; continued use means acceptance.

5. Subscriptions (if applicable)

• Premium features may require payment via app stores or other channels.
• Pricing, renewal and refunds follow the channel's policy.

6. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate service for serious violations.
• You may stop using or request account deletion at any time.

7. Disclaimer & liability

• SafeW is provided "as is" and "as available" within legal limits.
• We are not liable for losses from force majeure, third parties or your own fault.

Privacy Policy

SafeW values your privacy. We encrypt in transit and support end-to-end encryption where applicable.

1. Information we collect

• Account: phone/email, nickname, avatar, password hash.
• Contacts (with permission): for friend matching; can be revoked.
• Device & logs: model, OS, network, version, crash logs.
• Content: in E2EE chats, content stays only on participant devices.

2. How we use information

• Provide messaging, sync, search and notifications.
• Security and anti-abuse.
• Improve product and performance (anonymized/aggregated).
• Support and compliance.

3. Sharing & third parties

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We share only as needed with processors (cloud, CDN, payment) under contract.
• We may disclose when legally required.

4. Retention & deletion

• Data is kept within legal and minimal periods, then deleted or anonymized.
• You can request account deletion; we process after identity verification.

5. Security & encryption

We use transport encryption, encrypted storage, access control and audits. E2EE scope follows feature descriptions.

• Withdraw consent or restrict processing.
